Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Elderflower Syrup15 ml
- Sweet Vermouth15 ml
- Tonic Water75 ml
- Fresh Lime2 oz
- Fresh Ginger1 oz
- Fresh Mint Leaves1 oz
Method
- Muddle in balloon glass
- Add gin, elderflower cordial, rosso vermouth, lime, ginger, and mint
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with tonic water
