- Celery gin30 ml
- Celery juice30 ml
- Kummel liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
Method
- Add celery gin, celery juice, kummel liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
