Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey50 ml
- Amaretto liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Pineapple Juice75 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, amaretto liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and pineapple juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
