Ingredients
- Fino sherry67.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add fino sherry, cynar/carciofo amaro, maraschino liqueur, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
