Ingredients
- Vodka35 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Honey water (1:1)20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Grapefruit bitters2 dash
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, gentian liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey water (1:1), egg white (pasteurised), and grapefruit bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
