Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur22.5 ml
- Apple juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, elderflower liqueur, apple juice, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
