Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey1.5 oz
- Honey Syrup0.5 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.75 oz
- Islay Single Malt0.25 oz
- Lemon Peel1 twist
Method
- Add Irish whiskey, honey syrup, and lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
- Float single-malt Scotch on top
- Garnish with lemon peel
