Ingredients
- Alcohol-free amaro40 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Ginger beer60 ml
Method
- Add alcohol-free amaro, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
