Ingredients
- Amaretto liqueur30 ml
- Rye whiskey 50% abv22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Fernet liqueur2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake amaretto liqueur, rye whiskey 50% abv, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, fernet liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
