Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Génépi liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Creole bitters1 dash
- Absinthe1.25 ml
Method
- Add gin, génépi liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, creole bitters, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
