Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv30 ml
- Gentian liqueur30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth20 ml
- Grapefruit Juice20 ml
- Tonic water40 ml
- Ginger ale40 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, gentian liqueur, rosso/sweet vermouth, and grapefruit juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with tonic water and ginger ale
