- Grapefruit vodka45 ml
- Ruby red grapefruit juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add grapefruit vodka, ruby red grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
