Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)1 slice
- Gentian liqueur50 ml
- Peated malt whisky5 ml
- Tarragon sugar syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gentian liqueur, peated malt whisky, tarragon sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
