Ingredients
- Absinthe5 ml
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Gentian liqueur30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Creole bitters3 dash
Method
- Add absinthe, rye whiskey 50% abv, gentian liqueur, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
