Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Orange Liqueur20 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, orange liqueur, gentian liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
