Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Watermelon liqueur40 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, watermelon liqueur, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
