- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Apple juice15 ml
- Apple sugar syrup5 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
Method
- Add gin, vodka, cognac (brandy), pedro ximénez sherry, apple juice, apple sugar syrup, and whipping cream to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
