Ingredients

- fresh Mint leaves4
- fresh Basil leaves1
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh, gin, rich simple syrup, fresh orange juice, and fresh lemon juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and fresh basil leaves
