Ingredients

- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh, vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
