Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey25 ml
- Peach liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Sparkling Water40 ml
- Dry cider25 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and dry cider in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
