Ingredients
- Irish whiskey50 ml
- Chartreuse Green10 ml
- Green crème de menthe10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Sparkling Water10 ml
Method
- Add irish whiskey, chartreuse green, green crème de menthe, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with sparkling water
