Ingredients

- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Car.)15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Stout beer60 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, irish whiskey, vermouth amaro (car.), rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and stout beer to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
