- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- grind Black pepper1
- pinch Salt1
Method
- Add coriander seeds, gin, ml, rich simple syrup, and grind black pepper to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with pinch salt
