Ingredients
- Passion fruit vodka50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Chilli liqueur5 ml
- Ginger liqueur5 ml
- Cinnamon syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Dry-shake passion fruit vodka, fresh lime juice, chilli liqueur, ginger liqueur, cinnamon syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
