Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky20 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Tonic water180 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, pedro ximénez sherry, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with tonic water
