Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves7
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice12.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water75 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
