Ingredients
- Feijoa flavoured vodka30 ml
- Stout beer30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake feijoa flavoured vodka, stout beer, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
