Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Pineau des Charentes45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- 1⁄2 fresh Egg white (pasteurised)
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, pineau des charentes, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, 1⁄2 fresh egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
