Ingredients
- Sour cherry gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Crème de noyau15 ml
- Cherry juice7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add red bitter liqueur, rosso/sweet vermouth, crème de noyau, cherry juice, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with sour cherry gin
