Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky25 ml
- Absinthe20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:17 drop
- Water120 ml
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, absinthe, rich simple syrup, saline solution 4:1, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
