Ingredients
- Sake60 ml
- Sauternes wine22.5 ml
- Cognac (brandy)7.5 ml
- Peated malt whisky5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add sake, sauternes wine, cognac (brandy), peated malt whisky, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
