Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Peated malt whisky30 ml
- Chartreuse Green15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Brown sugar syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters1 dash
- pinch Salt1
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, chartreuse green, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar syrup, creole bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch salt
