Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky60 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro5 ml
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, and cynar/carciofo amaro to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
