Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky45 ml
- Apricot liqueur20 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, apricot liqueur, amaro (e.g. averna), and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
