Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky22.5 ml
- Scotch whisky22.5 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, scotch whisky, bénédictine d.o.m., red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
