Ingredients
- Sloe Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Powdered sugar1 barspoon
- Champagne120 ml
Method
- Add sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, and powdered sugar to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
