Ingredients
- Sloe Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Dry-shake sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
