Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.7.5 ml
- Orange Liqueur7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice120 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add gin, bénédictine d.o.m., orange liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled sling glass
- Top with top up with soda water
- Garnish with cherry brandy
