Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky30 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, cynar/carciofo amaro, and rosso/sweet vermouth to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
