Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Licor 4322.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)22.5 ml
- Sparkling Water110 ml
Method
- Dry-shake rye whiskey 50% abv, licor 43, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
