Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth20 ml
- Dry Vermouth12.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice25 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake gin, rosso/sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, fresh orange juice, egg white (pasteurised), and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
