- Island single malt37.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Chestnut liqueur10 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Barrel-aged bitters1 dash

- Warm rocks glass with hot water and empty
- Add island single malt, fresh lemon juice, chestnut liqueur, honey and water syrup, barrel-aged bitters, and boiling water to the mug
