Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Amontillado sherry45 ml
- White balsamic2.5 ml
- Maple syrup10 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, amontillado sherry, white balsamic, maple syrup, aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
