Ingredients
- Oloroso sherry60 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Grenadine syrup10 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add oloroso sherry, orange liqueur, fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
