- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Oloroso sherry60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Creole bitters3 dash
Method
- Add absinthe, oloroso sherry, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
