Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves4
- Absinthe45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Top up with Ginger ale
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add absinthe, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with top up with ginger ale
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
