Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky30 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.22.5 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth22.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Nonino)7.5 ml
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, bénédictine d.o.m., bianco/blanco vermouth, and amaro (e.g. nonino) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
