Ingredients
- Vatted malt whisky30 ml
- Oloroso sherry30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add vatted malt whisky, oloroso sherry, rosso/sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
