Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky60 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth15 ml
- Manzanilla sherry15 ml
- Olive brine7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, bianco/blanco vermouth, manzanilla sherry, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with olive brine
