- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, fresh orange juice, white crème de cacao, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
